the great thing about camping in a VW bus is you just go where the road takes you.
no need for plans, reservations or any of the sort. that's the beauty of van life. no fuss.
we made frequent stops and spent our days wandering the pretty places of the coastline.
sights like these were those torn right out of picture books on your grandma's coffee table.
the central coast of california has a special place in my heart, and it's been jerking
at its strings ever since - i have a feeling it won't settle until i'm back.

  6. these pictures are so filled with adventure! I love the idea of road tripping in a VW bus. my daddy has one and sean and i are seriously thinking of borrowing it one day and heading west on an adventure of our own. absolutely cannot wait! (these post aren't helping hehe)

  17. kiley, these are my favorite images of yours I've seen yet. the feel of them is just so...tangible, like I can feel the wind whipping and smell the sea. I saw an orange vw bus the other day and thought of you ;) but seriously, I need to go on a roadtrip in one of those things one day.
